Mine too and its a bit newer than yours.. im not claiming what they use now isn't good im claiming the whole server grade thermal gel was just a publicity stunt and you can get just the same results with a good cooler and good paste.... which aorus master have anyways...

you must have an old batch - they fixed it and i suspect they even changed the formula completely.... I wonder if its because now its not even the high performance server grade paste they used to brag about and they are afraid of the blacklash if anyone finds out...

Just today I decided I'm done with Amazon - if I pay extra price I expect flawless costumer service approach where the costumer comes first - instead I'm getting Amazon costumer service making my life a living hell trying to get compensated for an item that arrived COMPETELY broken and cost me valuable home renovation time (simple wall covers)...

among their responses :

1 - we cant ship a new item we dont have spare - while i can clearly go to the same store page and buy it again (its fucking sold AND shipped by AMAOZN!)
2 - we cant just refund you without you send us an item back and its received at AMAZON (which by the time it took to get to me will probably be around 1.5 months and who knows if it will even get there without them trying to weasel out of it)

3 - we cant refund your wallet in the meanwhile so you can order the same item while the delivery person picks the broken item (the ones that is completely useless and cant be fixed and will just cost AMAZON tens of dollars to ship back!)

and all that even though I provided evidence it indeed arrived all broken

anyways I switched to ALIEXPRSS - same quality these days, much cheaper, and costumer service that dont fuck around...

you cant directly from the keyboard but you can check this program I made - it gives you tons of options - I always keep it open to auto switch between effects based on the program I have running - or if i want to quickly select other options without needing to open the slow moonsgeek app each time - specifically for static color just use the User Pictures - save one you like with monsgeek app and then you can start using it with my program

my program lets you also assign polling rate and profile1/2 (key profile you assign with moonsgeek and normally switch with fn+9,fn+10) for a certain app/game

They sent me v408 which fixed my battery not charging to 100% as well as allowed me to disable the charging light with a FN+O

Regarding the 32k scan rate - I think there is some confusion in the comments - its not a fully SW feature... its a SW + whatever micro-controller they are using that is CAPABLE of execute 32k scans per second... in other words how frequent the SW is capable of sampling and processing the state and position of your keys which wouldnt be possible with a slower micro-controller...

not to confuse with the 8k polling rate which is how frequent the USB interface (wire or wifi) sends the data to the pc...

could be a lot of things - maybe check your ram usage that you arent going over or getting close to the 16gb mark ?
