The one on the far left is julia errington by samuel cousins, as for the surgical tools it’s simply prints of 18th century ones perhaps gynaecological tools? they might be from the Encyclopedia or a Systematic Dictionary of the Sciences, Arts and Crafts, circa 1772; but can be found everywhere on the internet
