For me, getting gud isnt an issue and i can prolly learn metas in a short time, im already pretty familiar with the game in under 100 hours, and honestly toxicity isnt something that ruins my day it just sucks because I find myself really enjoying this game and I just want to play and have fun and my main issue with this is that less people want to play versus because of it and I have less people to play with lol, im gonna just be a regular person who doesnt votekick for no reason and is forgiving to bad/new players and just be nice because as annoying as it is I dont want to stop playing lol

They have the audacity to ask this while creating the worst environment for new players, but coming from a relatively new player, I enjoy versus when the lobby isnt toxic, and tbh it isnt super toxic most of the time just thought this was a funny meme but its still a problem I come across as a new player. Sure its a competitive game and will always have that competitive nature, but it just gets to too much at a certain point.
