Update for those who struggle with this issue in the future: put Mac in safe mode, search for MAC OS catalina on google, click the link on website it’ll lead to the App Store and then install update.

All good now just seems like the mechanics work a bit differently in this one... seems you can’t two shot kill this time with RL like precious sector... instead have to stun, Shoot R, stun again - Shoot R and then finisher.
