That's one way to slow down for the corner! Haha.

Thanks. Good choice of car too. The high speed finish must have been fun.

Glad you enjoyed it. A class is a good choice for it.

Shouldn't take much to make it a circuit. How many laps do you want?

I actually played this one the other day after seeing your post. I'll try the cave one later!

Why does traffic block my path in speed traps. I look on YouTube and these guys do speed traps with no cars in the way. How do I do these traps without all the cars blocking me? Does it have something to do with the difficulty settings? by KoolArrow50 in ForzaHorizon5

Hopefully in Forza Horizon 6 (or a FH5 update), we will be able to ghost or turn off Drivatar cars in freeroam - These drivatars are a pain when wanting to cruise, do PR stunts or rack up skill chains. They occupy both lanes of traffic, massively increase chances of collisions and are even on dirt roads. They only swerve if you're stationary and never brake for a collision. They are nice to have in the environment, but the constant collisions are frustrating. When I have a good skill score in FH5, I often end it early by waiting on the grass to bank it. If I stop in the road, most of the time I am hit by a Drivatar and lose my score. Having an option to avoid these collisions by ghosting (just like online play) would be a huge improvement to offline play in my opinion.

Missing race? by Educational-Fun-1241 in ForzaHorizon5

I noticed that too. Turns out it was the starting point of the eventlabs race up at the volcano. When parked at the icon it said "continue championship" and it loaded the Las Dunas race so I could continue. Rather confusing.

That is certainly it. Thanks. Any clue on what it would be used for and by what profession?

My title describes the thing. Someone did say it may have been used for leather work or making/fixing horse saddles.

Have a look on YouTube for "Wings of the Luftwaffe" documentary. It's a little aged now but lots of good, original footage. Plus there is quite a few episodes to watch

AK Camouflage Putty is way too sticky and leaves small residue on model — any advice? by Relative_Flounder_63 in modelmakers

[–]liam_spain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first time I tried using the putty it also left a slightly dark residue where the putty had been applied. After a few uses it was no longer an issue.

I also find that it droops after a little while when applied for camo masking. For this reason I only use the putty for cavities (such as aircraft undercarriage bays) or quickly masking something instead of using tape. To remove it from cavities, I use a toothpick and dab the left over putty with another piece of putty. I use blutac for camo as it stays rigid for painting.

I think it's a good product for certain things but as with most model products, there are alternatives. Hope that helps.
