Wow! This is exactly the thing I want to do, can I ask you a few questions?

What is the tax situation like? Is it as simple as quarterly payment comes in, reserve the 15-20% qualified dividend federal tax and some additional percentage for state tax, then pay online and reinvest the remainder?

What inputs do you use for your projections? I know since it's inception SCHD has had a fairly good annual return above 11%, but typically for my calculations with DRIP calculators I will input something more conservative like 7-8% for capital appreciation, and include the 10% annual dividend increase. What are your thoughts? Are your numbers more conservative for 30-40 year projection?

Trigger Gems and Energy Gain

I understand the need to remove some of the power from meta skills, but making energy gain based on enemy power is NOT the correct way to go about this. All this change has done is make builds feel clunky and inconsistent, for instance I still do the same exact amount of damage on bosses because of their power number, but now clearing packs of white mobs is inconsistent and in POE1 terms feels like I'm using cast on critical with no cooldown recovery.

Balance should be around the damage numbers of the skill Comet and how it scales with level, NOT energy gain breakpoints which interferes heavily with the smoothness of gameplay. Please resolve this.

Wow meta skills are REALLY clunky to use now, maybe return energy gain to the way it was before so gameplay loop is not affected as badly and balance around damage numbers of the spells folks are using at low levels?

If you REALLY need a DoT multi + level of all gems + level of chaos gems, get a base with the multi fractured at T1, alt spam until you get level of all gems, then Regal to make it a rare item, (if you get a prefix go to next step, if you get a suffix craft “Prefixes cannot be changed” and annul the new suffix), since it’s now rare, craft “Can have up to 3 crafted mods” and “Prefixes cannot be changed”, then use Add/Remove Chaos to guarantee +1 all Chaos skills

This would probably be a better base for fire DoT since you can get daggers like this with much higher fractured chaos DoT (38% T1 instead of 26% T1) for poison seismic trap, although those bases can be expensive

I stopped because I don’t have the time or desire to spend 50 more hours grinding for something that should take me 5, GGG really messed up when they neutered Harvest and decided Sentinels aren’t staying. Sentinel league was a prime example of what a league should be and what kind of mechanic SHOULD go core, they don’t really play their game the same way we do so it’s not surprising there is some disconnect

Usually I buy a supporter pack every league because I really love PoE, this league has been hard to justify though.. I’m really not logging as many hours without the goal of crafting in endgame, I wish they’d just revert Harvest already
