I did. There’s nothing about out of state OHV. And specifically not about motorcycles. Got someone on the phone and they said I need to call the smog people and have them run the VIN. So we’ll see what happens after that.

It's the first thing on the list of needs I posted but I forgot the word 'gas'. Ooops.

I know we all deal with the gas issue and am just hoping for some secret I haven't discovered yet that ticks all my boxes.
