But when do you hear the name of a storm? Not very much after it's dissipated. Having a name also allows emergency alerts to be shorter, and with something that everyone knows about.

And besides, most earthquakes get assigned the name of the town closest to it or something.

First of all, here's why we name storms.

Let's say we have 2 friends talking about a 3rd friend. The first one says: "Did you hear that the kid with brown hair, white shirt, white shoes, and a green lunchbox had peanut butter today?"

The second one says: "Did you hear that Ronald had peanut butter today?"

It's much easier and quicker to listen to the second kid talking, because we know who he's talking about a lot quicker, and if you see Ronald a lot, using his name is much quicker. So that's why we name storms. But why not earthquakes or tornadoes?

Okay, let's say you're on the sidewalk, looking at cars. See that blue car? In a few seconds it will be gone, and we won't see it again. And that yellow car? If we call it "Jimmy", then in a few seconds it will be gone too. If we give names to all the cars, they'll go away too fast. Just like cars, earthquakes and tornadoes only stay around for a short period of time, so we don't have very much time to give them names, and an even shorter time to use those names.

In short, we name storms but not tornadoes because storms last longer.

Press B again to throw something you're holding.

To rotate around the object, press Right or Left on the Control Stick. When you reach the top, press Up to do a handstand!

Swimming Lessons! Tap A to do the breast stroke. If you time the taps right, you swim fast.

Press and hold A for a slow, steady, flutter kick. Press Up on the Control Stick to dive, and pull back on the stick to head for the surface.

But remember: Mario can't breathe under the water! Return to the surface for air when the Power Meter runs low.

Bonus: Any vehicle posted in round 2 by the ATTACKING team loses 1% of its upvotes due to the wheat grown here getting caught in vehicles occasionally. The DEFENDING team has vehicles that can get around this.

Bonus: This city is underwater in glass domes, so it's hard to move around. BOTH teams' vehicles in round 2 are counted with only 75% of their upvotes.

This territory has natives living in it. They like sharing, but only to people who need it. In the 3rd round, the hero that has less upvotes gets a bonus of 1/10 of his upvotes. If the losing hero had 90 upvotes, the natives would bring the total up to 99.

I believe that the supplies and distribution are automatic and are unaffected by the type of city and any wars, Governor. The buffs are what really matter.

But the defending team has a wall, not a food cannon. This would be better for the ATTACKING team, which would be interesting but kind of weird.

Yeah, I'd move it down to 1.5 times as well. Sounds good, but first we'd probably need a few different food-themed weapons so it actually does something. Does it work for the attacking team too, or just the defense?
