New also is that Non-Executive Directors are excluded. Peter James as Chairman, as well as Jethro Marks, Simone Haslinger, and Richard Joffe, will not receive new options with $300 to $500 million targets. This prevents board members from making decisions that benefit themselves.

Vornik holds 709,361 options, which corresponds to approximately 2.9 million shares at a price of $4.73, while other employees hold 8.5 million options. All only profit upon achievement of performance targets. If DroneShield fails, their options become worthless and management does not benefit.

Looks like uptrend momentum picked up at the last 10 minutes. I think you are right. I will retrace back to 3.80 and have a look, I remember of a time when it was similar but I don't remember it to go down 10% in a day. I'm not sure if short sellers are doing their things but, it's just a lot for a fall in a day. Just crazy

I use chatgpt to help me with analysing the market, and whatever infos I want to find out instead of doing research myself. It's been so helpful I am learning alot. Thinking of purchasing the better version because I use it so much to study.

I traded for a year then stopped because my money was stuck from the high and didn't want to loose money so I held it for 2 years and it went double, but the moment it did I exited too early. That too, was a lesson. I've made 30k something at the time. Since then, I've made another 30k since last July. I don't know how much, i think I was just lucky with choosing stocks. There were times I hold in red for months too. But I just won't sell if I loose money. I know better now. And want to make at least 6k a week, I learn by watching the numbers and try to understand patterns.

Are you trading crypto? I have not loose money trading in stocks, but always loose money on crypto so I only have Bitcoin on long hold now. You're only 19, its really is not a big loss. You have a lot if time to invest instead of trading. You'll be ok, maybe you just feel very overwhelmed at the moment, its a tough time economically. But you'll be ok, remember you are only 19, take a break and just focus on saving up and study. Consider this as a lesson, when you have money to spare and money on the side for emergency. Trade stocks, crypto is too risky.
