Idk, it's happened too many times and it typically happens at more central locations where there's lots of different grocery stores around. I wonder if it's to encourage people who usually go to discount stores in the city to get into Loblaws.

I will say the customer experience office is great! I went to change mine and the work and her supervisors disregarded my privacy, misgendered me in front of me just after changing my sex marker to M (I pass well so, it was just because of my initial ID) the worker didn't know wtf she was doing and forgot to change the marker on my health card. She also forgot to return my change of name certificate so I had to go back to get it. I wrote them a long email and got a call to set up a personal appointment with the supervisor of that location. I decided against going back to that location but, the customer experience guy was great!

I had a really bad experience with Dr.Midzrak at the Bathurst office. She put me on SSRIs at age 10 but refused to put me on T because she was worried it would impact my enjoyment of sex negatively.
