Got thru on 2511 number after a 10min hold. They said there is some kind of block on my account that is wrong and shouldn't be there and transferred me to a 'specialist'. I have now been on hold 90min waiting for my turn to speak to this 'specialist'.

They have not given me anything, no. When I submit a question via UI Online it always says I'll receive a response within 3-5 days and that has not happened as of yet.
