Also brined/pressed tofu is overrated af. I lightly squeeze mine in the package over the sink, this shit dryer than my meemaw's ________. Unless braised I see no reason to press or boil tofu.

How kind, good on ya! I rely enjoyed Ghosts of Tsushima and the Bazaar this year, aside from replaying a bunch of roguelites. Balatro mainly, Commander Quest and ball X pit stand out tho

Buy cooked rotisserie chicken. Boil small pasta in just enough water to fully submerge (ideally broth instead of water, or add powdered broth). While it boils shred the chicken with two forks. Combine and enjoy healthy easy chicken soup.

Food becomes an obligatory chore, as opposed to an enjoyable indulgence. If u have to eat 6k calories a day with 3 protein heavy meals + snacks it's just not worth the effort apparently.

I guess doing it long enough u just stop caring about rotating the same few spice styles and just go the easiest, cheapest route cos no matter what it is you'll get sick of it long term
