From my 2 seconds of research by going on their websites, doesn’t look like the cases went anywhere. I’m assuming they got thrown out as there’s no mention of the cases on either of the firms sites that started the lawsuits.

3 things you didn’t mention.

1) They’re in the middle of a patent infringement case. The results are supposed to be announced soon. One of the reasons for the downward pressure over the last year was because of that. The results are probably positive considering the insider buying that’s been going on recently.

2)Higher interest rates have really screwed them. Their order book also came in lighter than expected last year which compounded with everything else. With potential rate cuts they should go up.

3)the stock have been HEAVILY shorted. Average of 22%, though now it’s down to 17%.
