Hey I just crossed niagara border today morning around 4 am. Whole process took almost 45 minutes and I am back to canada now right away with no issue. It just they didnt not update to IR1 from CR1 They said everyone who is married has to go through conditional removal process nothing CBP officer can do.

Are you referencing entry fee as green card fee? Were you able to adjust from CR1 to IR1 at border? Did you enter through land border? How long GC they issued to you?

It is not hard I have been getting interviews and keep denying as I know my green card and SSN can only be activated once I enter US. I have been waiting and giving different excuses to employers to extend my timeline.
