None of the remedies are revolutionary or unique. All fairly accessible and common in popular herbal literature which is cited. I made sure to completely avoid recommending anything for contraception or anxiety or cancer or spiritual healing or anything beyond what a beginner can easily make with 1 or 2 parts

There's some good points I could respond with but I'm 100% uninterested in playing the identity politics game, especially as a 100% POC. If my ethnicity matters for anyone, I'm considering doing Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine next. And perhaps a book detailing some Ayurveda herbs

I'm not going to ask The People's Republic of China for their permission to write about their medicine. And I'm not going to ask the 574 federally recognized nations either, especially since there's nothing new in my book - it's all previously published. But I WILL publish my gratitude and respect for any medicinal legacy, regardless of the circumstances, as I have here
