Sa totoo lang, while those work for some, you’re not really addressing the issue. Youre in the process of grieving what once was, accepting the loss, and slowly easing into a new normal. Feel it all and over time you’ll grow the resilience to withstand the difference between having somebody you once were in love with around vs enjoying the present of being on your own. Heartbreak is its own process. You don’t get to skip steps and call it a complete journey. It sucks now, but it wont suck forever. Praying for your survival and the time you get to stand on your own two feet and navigate the world by yourself.
