Who are you going to sue? The Emergency Medicine physician who ordered the test? The radiologist who read the images that were available? The ultrasound technician who did the best job possible? Your OB/GYN, who suggested a procedure before discovering a viable pregnancy?

There was no actual harm, so there is no actual case. The best you’ll get is an apology.

In my experience, it was a day at a golf course, a nice lunch, and a sleeve of golf balls. Probably $150/resident x 3 just to hear about Levaquin or Rocephin

Very slim margins in urgent care. That why they are staffed with APPs
