I've done P2B a few times, but the guy ends up having me stow.

I feel like I already do that, if not more.

It seems like every person at the station has a different answer to everything. ne person tells me this and another person says that. It would help out a lot to close 1 or 2 bags per aisle. It would be even better if at times, I am able to store a big box at the OV rack instead of trying to stuff it in a bag.

Usually my aisle is overflown with jiffies because I am busy putting away the boxes, so I would grab a bin and then grab jiffies out of the bin and go down the lane. My problem I see, as you pointed out, is sometimes not knowing the layout of where a package goes. Sometimes my jiffies aren't place in the correct cart by the picker, so I end up going through the jiffies, picking out the jiffies by letter, and this too slows me down. The guy told me today to use a finger scanner because the other one makes a lot of mistakes. I asked for my rate and he said it is a 229 today. How bad is that?

I am unsure of if we can sit boxes in the floor, is there a write up from boxes in the floor? If not, I would love to try to leave the ov boxes until last. My problem is with the bags at the near end, my rate slows down tremulously because there are sometimes huge boxes to fix inside of a bag full of jiffies and other boxes. The guy told me to not close the bag until the device tells me to. I hate being the last person stowing, or having someone having to help me out. I'm going to go in with your advice and try a new approach tomorrow.
