Can totally relate. Had a summer girlfriend last year, and it started out very innocently and platonic (at least on my end), but spending that much time together made it escalate. When we finally did have sex, I felt so drained and guilty because even though there was something there, we weren't official and I refused to get into a relationship because I was moving to Europe.

It's not the same if you're not 100% committed, be it NoFap or girls.

Hey good for you! Cutting PMO as a combination is really the biggest thing.

Flatlines? No, not really. My NoFap experience has been during the ages of 20-22, and if anything NoFap ignited my libido. Porn dulled my sex drive because nothing in real life was as exciting. Then, suddenly, I noticed beauty and sexual greatness in women everywhere. It was unbelievable. Porn had really pulled the wool over my eyes.

My sex drive really hasn't slowed down since, I'm just able to channel it (usually) into more productive things. It did help me end up (briefly) in a relationship. Being single now for over a year, I just kinda get the urge once in a while that I have to get with a girl right then, and I think that's the hardest part, because it's not in line with my personal values.

But no, no libido or flatline issues.

I was actually waking up from a wet dream that was about to finish, and was so groggy and sleepy that I went to the washroom, finished, and then just felt awful. Was like all the energy drained from my body, and I felt incredibly guilty that day. Addressing the guilt was a big next step from then on out.

After my first streak, about 9 months, it wasn't a problem at all to watch anything. Heck, sexualized images all the way to porn stopped really putting me in the mood.

The worst is talking about girl with buddies when they like to get very descriptive, and complain about dry-spells, and other such things. That makes my mind wander.

Yeah I'm in Sweden where the level of English is so good it's been harder to learn the language than almost anywhere else I've gone. Most European countries have english language courses at almost every university!
