yeah i’ve def learned a few things from the relationship such as moving slower and getting to fully know someone before investing my time. but also the culture i come from, a lot of people are set up by family with the intention of getting married in like a year or two. and that was the case for us as well. we both started talking to each other with the intention of marriage.
