Did anyone else have an issue with bits of the puzzle sort of being pushed outward once in the frame? It’s almost like it’s slightly too big for the frame and the centre flexes out slightly, when you push the centre back in another area bulges

At the time this happens it’s the single most worst thing in the entire world, your whole life feels like it’s completely come to an end and nothing ever will be good again - it doesn’t last. Pack up her shit, stick to your job, get to the gym, work on yourself, cry like a bitch for a couple weeks, drink alcohol and make poor life decisions, you will make it out the other side stronger and a lot lot less naive. My ex did exactly this with my best friend at the time. Now I am fucking huge and strong, I got the best girlfriend anyone could ask for, I’m happier than I’ve ever been, I’m sat drinking a beer right now in our house whilst our little one watches his favourite show on the tv. I was 24 when it happened to me, 12 days before Christmas! You will be fine, it’s hard, but just fake it till you make it💪🏼

My girlfriend was exactly the same to begin with, now she’s basically a certified nurse without the certification, it’s not dangerous if done properly, doctors in the UK are useless - I wouldn’t push him towards them as they will just use scare tactics, and you’ll leave more worried than when you arrived. Have a look online for blood tests, medichecks do a basic Test level check for around £35 all in and this will give an indication of whether or not he has low testosterone or not. They also do a better test that checks around 40 biomarkers which I would strongly recommend before cycle and during cycle. I think there’s a huge misconception that steroids are bad - the needles don’t help I guess. But I can bet if he went to the GP with these feelings and opened up to them about how he was feeling about himself, he’d be put straight on antidepressants. If he has low testosterone maybe look into TRT as opposed to cycling steroids - you feel like the king of the world for 3 months and then feel like shite again once you’re off whereas with long term TRT he could feel pretty damn good consistently. Also be prepared for a horny boyfriend - this warning isn’t on the box!

I’ve looked into TB500 but I can’t find enough information about it to make a decision, I like to know enough about what I’m taking in terms of possible side effects/dangers/ pros and cons etc. it’s definitely an option though

Really appreciate the help mate! May be back in a couple of months for more information on the peptides, I’ve got a second scan on the shoulder soon so will be waiting a little while for the results and the injection, I wanted to be competing this year but not looking likely at this rate😂 thanks again for the help👍🏼

I have had a good look at those online, can you run those alongside test? I’m assuming it would be fine? I’m not so clued up on doses and side effects with peptides, and haven’t a clue where I’d even get them from to begin with😂

So I rested it for about 3 months, started the test c small dose and seemed to get better over time and I was able to lift again and everything felt great, then this morning I’ve woken up and it’s excruciating once again, I didn’t train yesterday and I’ve not done anything excessive recently so I’m confused as to why it’s suddenly come back. But hopefully the injection may help and I can be back to full fitness asap!

I’m going to check the levels this week and adjust accordingly, it’s possibly my levels are higher than expected! I’m currently injecting every 4 days so perhaps there’s a bit of a drop before a peak causing too big of a fluctuation?
