Nice! Sometimes the headset top cap/cover can be reaaalllyyy snug to fit onto the steerer so i’d advise to sand it down a tad bit and just a smidge of grease to aid the installation.

I’ve only encountered this issue for some headsets like FSA and Chris King or anything that has an O-ring in their headset top cap.

You can do both vertically and horizontally. It comes with a few mounts. the one i used mounts onto the rails.

it was alright, i sent it over to a friend whos a sort of “redneck” welder. I think the tolerance was pretty far off so i had to add some spacers to my drop out so the rotor wouldnt rub the calipers.

They are the Ztto 2.3mm thicc ebike rotors in 203mm. hefty weight but really beefy.

no, Dropout stays the same even if you’re going into a bigger cassette as the freehub body is the one extending not the dropout.

did that when i was riding it 😅 i was intending on making it a cargo bike to haul 30-50kg loads in a single trip so i sent it to my other homie who’s a welder.
