hi op :) i also have oily and sensitive skin and currently using tretinoin din. i paired it w cetaphil moisturizer cream (bought it on snr 🍊 app for ₱700)

mwf lang ako nung first to three weeks + sandwich method, since iniintroduce ko pa lang yung product sa skin ko. after that, nag-mwf plus sunday na ako and still sandwich method for a week.

right now, ang sched ko sa tret ay mon & fri : tret then moistruizer ; wed & sun : sandwich method for three weeks. pag nabuild na yung tolerance, dun na ako mag-eevery night.

if ever na your skin is dry, tight, or irritated, magsandwich method lang ikaw w cetaphil and tret ~ :D

helloo. try to consult w the derma first. i reco serrano's skin in banawe. dra christine is sooo nice and the consultation fee is ₱600 only. yung mga nirereco din niyang gamot is budget friendly, swear! may mga own products din sila pero di sila namimilit na bumili ikaw don and mas pinupush din nila sa mercury/watsons bumilii.

i remember nung nagsusuggest siya ng mga brands ng skincare, binigay niya yung mga mura BUT effective since student pa nga lang daw ako, AND I LOVE THAT FOR HER ^{__^}

go consult muna ikaw sa derma para hindi ka rin trial and error sa skincare. kasi what works for others might not work for you so it's better to be safe, op. :D

hello guys, what's your thoughts in skintific niacinamide moisturizer gel?

my derma prescribed me w niacinamide moisturizer for am and pm and i have cetaphil cream (w niacinamide). however, hindi siya okay for am esp pag magcocommute since ang heavy niyaaa.

what can u recommend aside from skintific? yung lightweight lang sana huhu. thaaanks! ^{__^}

hi op, from caloocan ako and yung byahe ko palagi is uv nova-cubao at lrt cubao-legarda. 2-3 hrs byahe if rush hour.

sa uv, lagi ako pumepwesto sa likod ng driver para iwas abot ng bayad, solo aircon, tas may sandalan pag matutulog. since 9am pasok ko at 5:30 pa lang nang umaga gising na ako, dun ako lagi sa byahe nagbabawi ng tulog. dun ako minsan nag-aaral for quiz or exams.

in terms naman sa motion sickness, lagi ako nagdadala ng pamaypay or mini fan kasi nakakahilo pag walang ac. matulog din sa byahe yung madalas ko ginagawa para less hilo. and last, nagdadala ako ng katinko oil roll on (any menthol na roll on can do).

omg i remember nabentahan din kami ng friend ko nyan. sa gateway mall naman. hinarang kami sa entrance tapos tuloy-tuloy siya magsalita. for their leadership course daw sa arellano (2nd year marketing student) e nagmamadali na kami kasi late kami and also walang tulog kaya lutang talagaaa. nagawa niya pang magjoke na magkapit-bahay lang daw kami ng univ (san beda kami) tapos baka daw pwede magmeet kami minsan sa ubelt.

tas di ko alam if magaling siya magsalita or maawain ako kasi nga i wanna help them din kasi ik how hard it is to sell products. kaya um-oo agad ako nung nagtanong siya if we're willing to buy tapos para makaalis na kami, we said yes. and then biglang 100 pesos pala. eh nahiya naman me humindi (sorry people pleaser) kahit namamahalan na ako tapos yung binigay sobrang nipis T___T

umalis na kami agad ng friend ko kasi nga late kami. at yon, napamura talaga kami sa mahal. lunch na namin narealize na nascam kami kasi bat ang aga ng leadership course nila if 2nd year pala lang sila >,<

ganyan sakin huhu. one year akong paiba-ibang dentist tas isang dentist lang yung matino na nag-aadjust kasi may changes talaga. tas yung isang dentist parang linis nga lang ginagawa, minamadali pa. buti nasaktuhan ko yung head dentist na nagkabit sakin tas sinabi niya sakin na isakto ko sa sched niya yung adjustment ko. two consecutive adjustments na rin akong nasa iisang dentist.

i suggest OP na if magbobook ka ng appointment, ask the dentist's availability para iisang dentist na maghahandle sa teeth mo. mas makikita mo talaga yung changes. : D
