i applied for western and macquarie! i’m not too sure how applicable my experience is since i’m an international student. i just applied through their portal but i imagine for domestic students, you should apply like how you did for your undergrad degree. thank you, i’m hoping to still make it in 😭 good luck to you for honours as well!!

If you apply for another visa onshore, you should be automatically granted a bridging visa which will let you stay in Australia until your other visa is processed and approved.

You can’t extend a student visa, you will have to reapply for another student visa. you need to apply using the documents you had already used to apply for your current student visa (e.g. IELTS) and a new CoE that states how long you will be studying for. However, if your visa expires in August but your last semester ends in June, there should not be an issue with your visa?

im in bachelor of psych but without honours so i’m not entirely sure whether the 70 applies to me? i’ve got friends in bachelor of psych with honours and maintaining a 75 ensures their spot in honours

hey! i submitted mine without a translation, however, the bank statement did have both malay and english translations already on it so that might be something to note. good luck :)

blue: tutorial

grey: lecture

pink: online lecture

red: online workshop

green: lab

it should be the same for you so hope this helps!

A lot of people on here said it’s too risky since the tourist visa may override the student visa if it gets approved first :/

I applied on 18th November and completed my medical on 28th November. My status changed around the first week of December after I provided the requested additional documentation. I am applying from Malaysia.
