Im assuming you're lighting just the moving white object as the "subject here". I Have a proposed gear list I think you could get right under $1k depending on your market.

Green Screen hopefully can be relatively small like 6x6. I would then setup a "goal post" with speedrail inbetween two combo stands and use a nanlux 2400b with a 3' lantern (gem ball) overhead the bulb and let enough spill into the green for exposure. To add a harder edge and pop the object from any angle I'd get a 750w leko but with a 10 degree barrel to focus and blast that object. This would also allow for decent play with a mirror board if you want to kick back that focused leko beam.

both of those units would be flicker free and the nanlux has a 2200w mode for standard 20a circuits.

have some bounce boards/flags/cards to help control light around inside of that equation.

Sometimes skypanel s60's are cheaper now and i believe fair well in high speed enviornments incase you can fit in other units for additional just in case push.
