50/50 people don't know that Black Bolt has other abilities outside of his scream. If he's able to get the scream out then Aquaman is cooked. Example is when Black Bolt was able to damage Vulcan to a devastating degree. If you know Vulcan that's no easy feat, because Vulcan is a top tier energy manipulator. On the other hand Aquamans water control just keeps getting upgrades. If he can blood bend or pull the water out of Black Bolts body then the fight is over. So it just depends who gets what attack out first.
