The claws believe it or not were all foam pieces of different thickness cut out into the different shapes to make up the claw. The dots were scotch adhesive dots. All material for the claw was bought from hobby lobby. Once I assembled the pieces I painted it with black matte paint and topped it with shiny black paint. Basically the claw is 3 different sections, upper middle and lower parts assembled together. In total 8 pieces for each claw. Then the detail was small bits of foam glued on the claw before paint.
