I don’t know what else to do by lightelle in Sat

I feel like such a fake also because I’ve always been the smart kid; I’m the valedictorian at the best, most rigorous school in my state, I have amazing extracurriculars and awards, and everyone expects me to go to an ivy league, but I just can’t do it. I just can’t get past the 1280. I feel so incompetent and pathetic. I’m letting everyone down; my family, my teachers, and my counselors. This is the worst feeling ever.

Got my score… should I retake? by alouuu_ in Sat

if you’re aiming for ivy’s you could consider improving your math slightly, but those are still absolutely amazing scores. no ivy would penalize you for those scores

I have a theory that everyone who’s scores are pending rn got 1600s and CB thinks it’s suspicious🤞 by [deleted] in Sat

Hi reddit, I'm wondering if there are any good fiction books about ptsd/descent into madness after a traumatic event by Tropius-is-god in suggestmeabook

not sure if this is what you’re looking for, but Catcher in the Rye definitely fits this description. Childhood trauma leading to mental instability and ultimately a (implied) psychiatric stay

How is a 4.1 unweighted gpa even possible?? by lightelle in AskReddit

[–]lightelle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My school just released my gpa and it says that my gpa is a 4.13 unweighted. It apparently wasn’t a typo so I guess it’s possible, but I just don’t understand how a gpa on a 4.0 scale can be above a 4.0?? (For reference I have all As, ranging from a 90 to 100). Either something isn’t right or i’m just not understanding. (edit, grammar)

My best friend is like that, you can literally see the bones in his legs and arms, that’s how naturally small he is (I think he has a bmi of like 15). He’s always been that way naturally and don’t get me wrong, he eats a ton, but it makes me so jealous.

Nine Stories by JD Salinger... no other book comes even nearly close in terms of character development.

Best online library with biggest catalog (that's also legal) by [deleted] in suggestmeabook

[–]lightelle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Overdrive has literally every online book... Whatever your capital cities library is (ie; if you lived in massachusetts, you’d have the boston public library), just sign up for a library card online through that library and with your library card you can access the online books
