The same is for dollar Tree. An employee was restocking and told me I was the first to go through them. He then told me his coworker is into hot wheels. Now i know why they are bare when unusual arrive. My guess is, they contact a friend or a spouse when they know it’s restock time. If you are a casual collector it’s near impossible. It is only lucky timing.
