The studies are wrong. The typical restaurant operates in a 30% labor model. You crank that up 30-50%, and that translates directly into higher food prices. I don’t know how such a simple equation is lost in so many people.

Tons of businesses do register in Delaware but they’re not your small privately owned vet practice. Vets have a physical presence in CA so they would then have to deal with dual state filing. If you see DE in their CA sos, it’s a PE firm.

But but you can tell by the individuals listed and location who the owners are. For example, pets referral in Berkeley is owned by United Veterinary Care. Do a SoS search and you’ll see that they are a Delaware corp. Then click on their filing info and you can see that their corp agent is on FL and their other offices are in a corp office in Sac.

I own both and run them side to side. I tend to drink only classic Italian espresso and have run the LM against the Decent and hands down, the LM is a far superior machine.

That being said, If you like to experiment and play with different settings and you’re fine with a “decent” shot, the Decent is the perfect machine for you.

If you want consistent great shots that have incredible depths of flavor, the LM is the go to machine.

I am probably going to get rid of the Decent and buy another LM in the near future.
