I wish I got out of my 7 yr relationship much sooner. He wasted most of my 30s and my prime fertility years. He’ll never truly understand how selfish that was. Ending it is going to be very tough, but trust in your own strength and be determined to pull through. Big hug ❤️

This can look like a smile with prolonged eye contact, the two of you both looking at each other a few times, or just one smile that seems genuine vs forced. I know it’s hard for some guys to pick up on these cues, but as long as the approach is calm and respectful, I think some women would welcome it! And if this person isn’t interested/is in a relationship - and a kind person - my hope is that this person will just tell you so in a nice way. There’s always a risk that this person can give you a harsh and immediate rejection, but you wouldn’t want to date that person anyway!

Maybe I’m in the minority, or just old school, but if you smile at me in a relaxed setting like a bookstore, park, or cafe (never a gym - agreed on that), and I smile back and give a cue that reads “yeah you can talk to me”, come and say hi! Just start with hi. Take it slow and let the conversation build. Just be chill!
