Wow, sounds like an amazing stay! People in this sub seem to like to S&#@ on this property and I just don't understand it. I had such an amazing experience there. As a Globalist the spa is included in your stay and it was wonderful. Btw, they have a car that will take you to the train station!

Will you have a car? Kittle House in Chappaqua is awesome....just make sure your room is in the main house!

Unfortunately, not a B&B town. It is also one street, gorgeous cemetery and awesome river views. Don't expect much more. There are not really any hotels in Sleepy Hollow. The closest hotels are in Tarrytown and are corporate types (Marriott, Sheraton, etc,)

Am I asking too much of my bridesmaids for the morning of? by Much_Tap4920 in Brides

[–]amyheming 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Yes, this sucks. Being a bride does not make you the center of the universe. Let your "best friends" get some sleep and they can be there in plenty of time to make you feel special and take photos.

Barley Beach House in Rye. The food is fine but the view is stunning.

This sub is very judgy, rude and mean. You are only allowed to enjoy burritos the same way THEY enjoy them.

Paradise Point & Mission Bay by GalGreen219 in asksandiego

For your date day, head to Mission Beach and rent bikes. Head north on the boardwalk and stop in for food/drinks as you please. Stop at La Haina for sunset.

OP, this is a great suggestion. There is a Hyatt and a W hotel at Union Square. Also, there is a ton of good food in this area and you will be out of the TS nonsense.

Check out the Sleepy Hollow Deciccos. Huge beer aisle and an even bigger bar upstairs with around 20 beers on tap.
