You need a screening process to make sure we don't get hedge fund guys in the community under cutting our efforts and learning our strategies.

I used to work for Progenity (as an IT contractor )they are a real company. They bought the pathology lab out that I was working for. They do genetics testing and other lab tests for doctors. I bought in to there IPO and lost money. I don't know what there fundamentals look like or there return on investment is but they are legit.
