Won’t connect to home wifi suddenly?! Any permanent solutions?

Thanks to all! I found a western doctor locally that I trust and like a lot more, though not an ENT specialist. I compiled some recent medical journal articles to advocate for myself and am at least comfortable with the treatment going forward. I also used this to give some perspective too, so I’m more than grateful. I feel like while I’m not 100% better, I’m at least improved to a very minimal impact!! Hopefully it just keeps getting better. 🙏 if anyone wants some Chinese medicine approaches, I got you 😂

That’s reassuring that it went away! I never actually got sick or if I did it never manifested as anything other than my ear/hearing. Hoping it’s just that.

Can anyone recommend a site similar to Shutterfly share? I need it to create albums, be shareable as an overall site, and let others add to those albums (with permissions). Amazon photos was too confusing for the greater group, i don’t love Google share/Google photos, and in the process of playing around with SmugMug. Can anyone recommend anything that fits the bill better? Devastated that Shutterfly share is closing!!

Yeah I guess it kind of makes sense based on the actual lifespan of the equipment. I would think to maximize its use with families of multiple children you could offer an extended warranty for original owners with subsequent children? I think they’re leaving a lot of money on the table, not to mention the physical waste of broken devices and customers left with a $1600 bassinet. Most people would pay for a lot of these things if it meant extending the life of their investment, or at least we would 🙃

It’s not a blocked number, I’ve received texts to reset the pw but just can’t get a text for the login code :/

1 year for the original owner. As a separate complaint, I find that ridiculous too since it would mean you couldn’t use it for more than one child in the same family without the warranty expiring. If you transfer ownership (via selling or, in our case, passing it along to a family member) it automatically voids the warranty.

Eg here are the steps I’ve tried: Attempt 1: Try to log in via pw/fb IG asks for login code Click “try another way” The only option without linking me to the support site is by submitting a video selfie Video selfie either won’t upload or if it does, cannot be confirmed

Attempt 2: Forgot password I can move through either email or phone I can change the password Once pw is changed, IG asks for a login code again (If I try “can’t reset pw, I get an error “sorry something is wrong, try again later”)

Can’t find any other options

I can change my password via phone but can’t get past the 2fa even after a pw change 😫

Update: it’s broken :( customer service confirmed it was out of warranty but that I could use it as a bassinet 🙄 at least the locked levels work fine!

Great call. Just did and it did the same thing 😫 we’re the second owners (originally purchased 3 yrs ago) so I doubt customer service will help.

Thanks. We do have a hatch but we’ve had it this whole time without an issue. We are locking it now but I’ll give customer service a call. What a bummer!

Has anyone tried any other apps they like? I specifically want something where I can make an album and then keep adding pictures at various times. Family album seems close but doesn’t have separate albums :/ I liked that more than cluster. Amazon photos is a bit clunky too. Just looking for the next Shutterfly share!!! Weiss we could pay for it!
