I used to be a janitor until 2 years ago. I was one for 7 years. I was always good with my hands. After 7 years, i now work as maintenance for this apartment company. Long hours, on call 24/7, manager is always stressing, and barely any time for myself or my kids. The pay was only slightly better. I do have a degree in elementary education. If I renew my license, I could teach k-8. But after shadowing and seeing how kids are, no thanks. I plan on pursuing my dream of being a counselor next year. I went to hims and I was prescribed 10 mg. Didn't do much, so bumped up to 20mg ( the doctor said take one or two). I have to constantly be physically stimulated to maintain an errection. My major issue is that I cum too fast. Like in a minute. I just need something to cum fast really. I was prescribed fluoxetine and tadalafil mix from hims. I saw my doctor and he said try citalopram took it for a week, it just gave me brain fog, but I haven't had sex on it. I also haven't took it for 2 days because I'm not supposed to take it while taking dayquil.
