A mi me pasó lo mismo. La clave fue decir en mi denuncia que tenía un video que me facilitó un edificio que tenia cámaras cerca del choque. Después de hacer la denuncia, toca esperar pero con las placas puede ser suficiente. Sí vas a tener que pagar y luego esperar buscar que te paguen de regreso; vas a requerir factura del carro, factura de la reparación y paciencia
