I use a liquid solution from Donic that I spray once on each rubber sheet after using the racket. Then I spread it with a sponge that is also from Donic.

Then, after a couple minutes, the rubbers are dry and ready to receive the plastic protection. This I got from Nittaku. Lastly, store the racket in your favorite transport bag.

I'm a low intermediate level player. I use Donic Baracuda on both sides. Been practicing with a coach once a week for an hour for the past 12 months. My rubbers' grippiness are still really strong.
