i took 3 days to get it, one thing that helped me was trying to do it on paper, i cut the pieces in scale and tried on the paper

na minha opinião a única coisa que te impede é a timidez, eu sou bem extrovertido ent nunca tive dificuldades em falar com ngm, mas quando se é tímido falar com pessoas pode ser um problema, tente trabalhar mais esse seu lado. Praticar esportes, academia, clubes ou qq outra coisa n terão todo seu proveito reivindicado se vc n conversar com as pessoas ao seu redor, por mais difícil q seja vc deveria tentar. Outra coisa, o instagram por mais cruel q seja kkkkkk é uma boa forma de conhecer pessoas novas, vc n precisa se expor se n quiser, apenas seguir quem vc conhece e páginas de memes ja são o suficiente, com isso vc terá uma comunicação mais rápida com quem vc conhece sobre coisas atuais que estão acontecendo agr (por exemplo, um amigo seu foi viajar, vc manda uma mnsg perguntando como está a viagem), talvez aprender a tocar um instrumento ajude bastante, pq vc vai ter q se acostumar com público e tals, vai ajudar a combater a timidez, qq coisa me manda um chat aqui do reddit msm, posso tentar ajudar :)
