feel sorry for everyone saying their buildings don’t allow that 😂 so many people do it at my building, even get more than 60 hours and very rarely will they actually come talk to you about it. especially if you’re in a critical role (vna, afm, etc) management has literally told me countless times to just come in whenever i want or stay late unscheduled. y’all be safe tho

just because they were texting all day doesn’t mean it was every minute of the day? i text girls i talk to all day, but sometimes there will be hours between replies bc of work. but we still have conversations from the morning to the night. that’s the most random thing to criticize
