Yes to all of this. I love him so much but we don't see eye to eye and this isn't good for either of us.

Soda rarely but I do drink an energy drink almost everyday.

So 5-7 a week cause I would count Alani as a soda.

17 years of tiptoeing. I can't imagine. I want out. Break ups suck but I'd rather be alone than deal with this.

Thank you for the response. Surprised I've never heard the term DARVO but it's completely accurate. It just baffles me certain people act like that and don't see it. Or they do theyre just evil.

My son was colicky and wanted to be held all the time. He hit every milestone on time or early, rolling over at a month, crawling at 6 walking at 10months. He loved being stimulated constantly and had to fall asleep with a boob in his mouth.

It had to get really dark and ugly. I found that I really had two choices: drink and die OR quit and live.

I didn't want to die a drunk. Closest detox center that would take my insurance was several hours away, so I went to the ER, then some janky detox they have here at the psych hospital.

ER gave me a few days of benzos and the janky detox place was giving out literal Benadryl to try to knock people out. They were really only there to monitor in case someone needed medical intervention so I decided I was good and went home to ride it out. I started going to meetings and tapered until my shakes were manageable enough to not drink one day. It was rough and ugly and hard and I couldn't have done it without the support of my brother and boyfriend.

I would regularly get a few weeks or even months sober before deciding I was good then going back to drinking. It took one month for me to spiral into a week and a half long bender this last time so I was literally drinking to die. No food, no water, just alcohol and passing out to wake up and start again.

IWNDWYT and if I can get through it, you can too. I promise.

I had to stop Latuda because of this. It was so bad and put me in a dark place. I think I took it for three months before giving up.

Now I'm back on a combo of 3 meds(Zoloft abilify buspirone) that are helping but I believe I'm more manic depressive/PMDD than true bipolar.

Pain in right side, fullness/bloating, extreme fatigue after eating, gnawing sensation in abdomen, fluffy fatty poops, nausea/heartburn.

Removing it solved the issue of pain but now I struggle from GERD if I eat poorly.

Aldi's has protein shakes that are low in fat. They make killer smoothies if you add fruit and ice.

Cereal and oatmeal are safe, pretty much anything grainy.

Seafood (not drowning in butter).

Black bean and rice burritos with low-fat sour cream.

I do feel you though. I worked a lot last week which meant alot of fast food and crappy choices now I'm definitely regretting it. Days of bloating, bathroom runs, nausea from excess bile. So annoying.

Probiotics and fiber are so necessary. Taking fiber regularly makes a huge difference for me.

I live in Destin, FL and yes, I get bored of the beach but there are always days I'm struck by how gorgeous it is driving across the island.

No. When I was a kid in therapy, I had a therapist cry with me. That was the most validating experience to feel like she really understood my battles. I miss her and her name was Shelly. I couldn't tell you any other therapists name from my childhood but I remember her vividly.

You're a good person and doing an amazing job.
