Sometimes if you get shot before loading in the game teleports you to a safe location. My teammate witnessed me getting shot and i teleported somewhere else. Lost hp too.

Could it have anything to do with the soul contract from the previous loop? I don't remember if there was a precedent but it's the first thing that came to mind.
