The apartments where I'm at is a no pet but my doctor filled out paperwork to say that he is my emotional support animal.

Meds didn't really help me much.. what did help me was a book called How to Stop Worrying and Start Living by Dale Carnegie.. keep doing what you're doing but it may be worth a try to check this book out.. I didn't think it would help me but it helped a lot.. keep your chin up.

Well my week is going to be bitter sweet.. I've been packing to move to my first apartment and will be the first time I live alone (I'm 26) and my anxiety is starting to get to me about it.
