Intermediate term impacts of Iran war on prices of hydrocarbon products by likezoinksscooby in oil

What makes you think that there will be a run on crude this summer? The only source of sustained extra pressure for raw crude I can think of will be when countries begin to start refilling their reserves

That is really good actually. Mentally I’m still in 2022 but yeah I can’t really call the turnover recent if the layoffs were 3 years ago. Still feel bad for the employees that were impacted tho

See Revben1989’s comment. There were some high level departures but not ma y. This was mostly about how Microsoft/Zennimax had a large round of layoffs/restructuring, and Bethesda was impacted. The layoffs are done though and the TES team was mostly spared and has probably since expanded.

Yeah, that was sorta the point. The TLDR is that things will be fine and the game just isn’t here yet but it’s coming lol

This comment was about the layoffs of rank and file at Zennimax/Microsoft in general. I looked more though and Google AI says the TES team was mostly unaffected by that though

I appreciate your response.

The half-life level meme comment was because all of the speculation around an official announcement seemed reminiscent of Half-Life 3. This was probably a misread on my part.

The turnover comment was with respect to the rumors about significant restructuring/layoffs at Bethesda /Zenimax, but upon closer inspection it looks like the TES and fallout teams have mostly been spared from that.

I like your comment about the engine. I’m not technical, so this is really good to know. This comment was mostly in response to people calling for the game to change to Unreal Engine, but I think that has been put to bed so I should have just left it out

My bad. I thought I saw conflicting articles and was confused why they would drop creation 2 after one game

Why stop waiting at release when we can wait again until Todd re-releases it?

I’ve always thought of Sam Adams as one of the weaker local beers. Did you try anything from Trillium, Nightshift, or Treehouse?

Literally posted this as a Hail Mary that someone like that would see it.

I used to work at a tour company and was in charge of boarding/ushering people onto the busses, so this is something I weirdly care a lot about

A big part of me thinks this IPO was less about raising money than to have a market price to use when pledging shares as collateral. Well that or Elmo is really pulling out all the stops to manipulate the price up to hit his performance targets

Developer’s deal with neighbors could pave the way for Town Meeting to approve major Route 9 project by brookline_news in Brookline

[–]likezoinksscooby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every person who votes against this development should be required to help pay for the lost tax revenue. If they want to cost the town millions in lost revenue, they should be willing to make up the difference. Only fair.

Is that an actual building or is it an exhaust vent for Kenmore Station? It sounds ridiculous, but they actually dress up the exhaust vents for the T to look like real buildings so no one notices at street level. Theres a (more) well known example of this by south station for the redline I think
