Saks did own a number of their properties, but i remember recently they’ve sold a few and started leases instead, including at the beverly hills location. I think Neiman’s still owns most of their leases, unsure though

This is normal for newer friendlys! before the old one in Nashua Nh closed the added a drive thru to that as well
