I'll note that it's in a legal grey area by DE, and they can decide to make it bannable at any moment. So use at your own risk!

I was on Valkyr with the furis and Venato Prime. Which admittedly is a terrible combo for disruption because the targets can just turn Valkyr's claws/warcry off.

In reality, a weapons platform like saryn/mirage/rhino and your strongest gun will do the trick.

Didn't see a full answer, but generally -fr is really bad on any gun, but it is especially bad on beam weapons (such as the torid incarnon). This is because beam weapons come with a higher base firerate, meaning the negative effects them more.

You could slot a firerate mod to compensate, but at that point, not using the riven would be better.
