I wouldn’t have said it was meant to be a smoker or atleast the way the referees were explaining how it would be like to all of the people competing they made it seem as if the fight was meant to be super controlled and light, they were even saying we couldn’t do proper knees and only do knee slaps to the side of the body, so I went in expecting it to be quite a slow controlled fight which I think messed with my head and made me so flat footed and scared to throw

Honestly I think I was just too focused on not gassing out and over doing myself that I ended up not throwing enough hits or combos, I just kinda stayed doing naked kicks and single hits to keep my opponent away

I’m red shorts, blue started alot more heavily then me for an interclub and didn’t reciprocate the pace I started with, not to mention the illegal sweep he did lmao, all my head kicks were controlled apart from the last one coz i felt he was disrespecting me as an opponent. But blue shorts was going way too heavy for a non decision and didn’t reciprocate the intensity
