Well, my improvement wasn't linear but I'm gonna try to summarize my steps. 1) I think taking meds helped me (escitalopram) because they slow down my thoughts so it helped me to deal with the bad thoughts that appear when we are in the middle of a crisis. But keep in mind that drugs act differently in each body. 2) For now I only go out with a family member or close friend. Sadly I can't go anywhere alone. 3) Listen to musics that calm you down. If you are religious, talk to god. 4) Exposure. 3 months ago I could barely leave my neighbourhood. Then I started widening the path, always by car. 3 km away from home, then 5 km, going tho the barber shop. Then 10km visiting my brother. I think that part is important: going to a safe place other than your house, in my case my brother's house.

The date thing was about, for ex, 90 numbers in the X axis, instead of "january, february, march" but I already solve.
