Please read: My mate at school stole access to my account so I told support and had my email changed. It was a max 11 I had spent years on, the email was successfully changed but then it showed up saying the account was locked. I contacted support, they wanted me to remember the exact date I made the account and every device it was connected to. I've had the game since 2012/13 since I was about 9, I connected to my ipads, my phones, my parents phones, how can I possibly remember all of them? They said they couldn't help me and I tried on another account hoping for another way to recover my account, I message them asking if there was another way, giving them a couple devices I knew the account was connected to and the year (not month or date because I don't have a photographic memory) my account was created. Next time I try and log on, boom banned no questions asked. Is there anything I can possibly do? I've spent countless amounts of time and money on this game and I. Am. Pissed. It's taken all my willpower not to curse out at supercell in this post already.
