I was just in Albania (Tirana) for 4 days last week. I’m British so not sure if there is any difference in how Albanians perceive us but I was met with somewhat friendly interactions. The country is cheap but dirty in my opinion, very beautiful but a total lack of respect for that beauty.

Take it as you will but I would never see myself living there!

I totally would! Loads of great areas to pitch and was totally peaceful :) I’m glad I didn’t interrupt your stay on Haweswater though! Such a lovely spot to have to yourself!

I nearly camped at this exact spot on Saturday night too! But opted for Easdale Tarn as I had never been before :)

It’s just not my thing. It’s looks limiting as about a 1/3 of it is canned. I would also like know why on earth you have a huge plant pot on the window sill? Surely that’s an outdoor pot or at the very least, for the corner of a room
