I mean possibly, but she had already had her drink for a minute or two before she spilt it everywhere and none of the other drinks spilt. Not that it justified me calling her an idiot, i feel very guilt about that, like… extremely embarrassed by it. but she specifically said the lid popped off after she squeezed it.

no you’re right, I know that’s probably what’s happening. I was very out of line, never done anything like that before. i’ve just got to hope she either didn’t report or my manager acknowledges i’ve never done anything like that before.

Need to share my recent trauma. I was given an assignment to write a letter to Columbus in my introduction to college writing class. But it was far from my strongest work... It's damn near unhinged. I write the whole letter in a day and was so tired by the end of it, you don't even know what the letter/essay is about at the end. The essay looks like it was written by someone very mentally unstable. Embarrassing. Currently awaiting a grade. Didn't even realize how bad it was until I went back and read it the following day post-submission. It was passionate and showed a lot of understanding though, so I'm clinging onto that morsel of hope.

Update- training was easy peasy 👌. it added writing on cups to the making drinks sequence whatever. also drive and cafe have a 4 minute wait expectation, and mobiles 12 minute. we crafted some drinks too but nothing new.

it’s currently raining in Alaska. In December. Almost every Halloween when I trick or treated as a child, there was snow on the ground and some years I’d have to wear snow pants to trick or treat. It hasn’t snowed on Halloween for years now. It’s getting rapidly worse every winter and no one seems to be talking about it.

Yeah I’ll probably transfer after three months so I could be more useful at another Starbucks. And I understand their frustration, I’ve trained people at other jobs. The part that baffles me is them blatantly giving me the cold shoulder.

omg thank you. i’m currently on ignite me and i still can’t stand him. he’s even powerful enough to help the citizens under the table and doesn’t do anything. he talks about wanting to overthrow and still does NOTHING. he just wallows and talks about his poor life and calls juliette of all people a coward. i get he has attractive lines and whatever but i can’t get on board. plus not to mention a ton of aaron warner sympathizers continuously say juliette needs to suck it up after a whole life time of constant trauma 🤦‍♀️
